HealthSync focuses on strengthening the entire health ecosystem in Afghanistan. Our programmes are designed to be sustainable, data-driven, and community-centered. Digital Health & Health Information Systems (HIS)
Lab Strengthening
We develop and deploy innovative digital health tools to improve the collection, analysis, and use of health data across Afghanistan.
Key Activities:
– Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation
– mHealth applications for community health workers
– Data analytics and visualization dashboards
– Digital surveillance systems for disease outbreaks
– Training in digital literacy and data management
Emergency Response
Laboratory Strengthening & Diagnostics
Strong laboratories are the backbone of effective healthcare. We work to upgrade public health laboratories across Afghanistan.
Key Activities:
– Upgrading laboratories with modern equipment and quality control standards
– Training technicians and pathologists in WHO best practices
– Supporting diagnostic networks for infectious diseases
– Establishing quality assurance systems for reliable results
– Strengthening supply chain management for reagents and consumables
Community Training
Public Health Emergency Response
Afghanistan faces frequent public health emergencies, from natural disasters to disease outbreaks. We are prepared to respond rapidly and effectively.
Key Activities:
– Rapid deployment of emergency response teams
– Disease surveillance and contact tracing
– Provision of essential medicines and mobile clinics
– Strengthening local preparedness for future emergencies
– Coordination with WHO, MoPH, and humanitarian actors
